EXTENDED APPLICATION DEADLINE - JULY 31, 2025

This year we are offering a scholarship of $500 towards registration at the 2025 ASPMN National Conference, October 15-18 in Aurora, Colorado. All active members as of May 1, 2025 will be eligible for the drawing. Could this be your year to attend? 

ELIGIBILITY

• Must be a member of The Pacific Northwest Chapter of ASPMN as of May 1, 2025

APPLICATION

A personalized statement (maximum 500 words) explaining:

• Why you want to attend the conference
• How you will use the knowledge gained

SELECTION CRITERIA

• All interested and eligible members will have their names entered in a lottery drawing

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE

• $500 will be sent to the recipient before the conference to cover expenses as the recipient chooses.

POST CONFERENCE REQUIREMENT

• An informal, 10 minute report on the conference at the chapter’s next meeting, November 13, 2025.
• This should include, but is not limited to impressions of the event, best thing(s) you learned, what you liked most.

DEADLINES

•  Applications must be submitted by July 31st
•  Winner will be notified by August 14th

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• This scholarship is not transferable and must be used for the ASPMN National Conference October 15-18, 2025.
• The Pacific Northwest Chapter of ASPMN reserves the right to revoke the scholarship if information is falsified or requirements unmet.
• In the event of a change in the recipient’s plans and you are not able to attend, the money should be returned and an alternate recipient chosen.
